In late 2013, while still in high school, Bailey Craven joined the Parlament team, working closely with Matt Rayl, who now successfully leads the company as a second-generation owner.

Bailey was specifically recruited to design and develop a groundbreaking technical system that would allow Parlament Roofing to sell roofs online—an incredibly innovative concept at the time. His visionary approach centered on leveraging cutting-edge satellite imaging technology to remotely calculate roof square footage, enabling the company to generate accurate, real-time quotes for materials and labor without the traditional need for onsite visits.

This forward-thinking approach remarkably anticipated the digital transformation now commonplace in the roofing industry, where satellite measurement tools and online quoting platforms are standard practice.

Bailey dedicated nearly a year to this ambitious project, collaborating intensely with Matt Rayl to push the boundaries of what was possible in roofing sales and customer service. Although the company ultimately decided to pursue a different strategic direction under the leadership of Matt’s father, Bailey’s pioneering work left a profound and lasting impression.
